PhytoMyco Research Corporation (PMRC) is a leading supplier of natural products and related services that are based on its proprietary Natural Product Libraries. These Libraries, both plant and microbial, consist of more than 60,000 extracts, the majority of which are solely available through PMRC. Our extensive knowledge of the ethnobotanical traditions of numerous ancient cultures (Cherokee, Lumbee, etc.) guides our collection of plant and microbial extracts.

Plant Libraries
Our unique collection and extensive ethnobotanical database, together with our experience in cultivating these plants in both greenhouse and field conditions, make us an ideal discovery partner for companies interested in accessing the chemical diversity of phytochemicals, as well as standardized botanical extracts.
PhytoMyco has extracted over 40,000 samples from over 300 plant families. Approximately 750 compounds have been processed by HPLC and LC-MS to 85% purity. Approximately one-third of these have structural details available as well
Microbial Libraries
Our microbial culture collection contains
- 3,000 endophytic fungi
- 1,600 actinomycetes
- approximately 500 yeast and bacteria
We have focused on preparing extracts from the endophytic fungi. We believe that this is a unique collection of extracts with a strong potential for pharmacological, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical applications.
