Symposium program will cover all areas of polymer science and engineering, including synthesis, characterization, processing, modeling and materials. Topics will range from the latest techniques in polymer synthesis to applications in materials science, medicine, energy and environment. Over the years, the APS has developed a strong reputation for bringing together the latest polymer research from top international and Australian polymer scientists. This year, we will again welcome a number of leading Plenary and Keynote Speakers from around the world to what promises to be another exciting forum. The symposium will also offer you a fantastic opportunity to present your research through oral and poster communications, meet others and network in a warm and convivial atmosphere. 33APS will be hosted at Wrest Point Convention Centre, which provides all the necessary facilities for a successful conference; deluxe accommodation, comprehensive conference facilities, a choice of restaurants and bars, tennis courts, and even a mini-golf course. The venue has also received many awards, including the Tasmanian Tourism Awards for Best Meetings and Business Tourism Venue (2008 and 2009) and Best Tourism Education and Training Venue (2008).
