30.05.2004 May 2004 News Archive
Scimagix, the leader in scalable image informatics solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology research and development (R&D), announced the availability of a new version of SIMS(R) (Scientific Image Management System) that provides significantly enhanced capabilities to its current version of SIMS. Drug discovery and pharmaceutical companies generate hundreds to thousands of images a day per lab, and require a solution to help store and manage the images from multiple sources with different image formats. Easy access and mining of these images facilitates a cost effective method of improving on the drug discovery process.
