Human primary cells are increasingly needed for biological studies because sometimes immortalized or transformed cell lines do not reflect natural biological responses of normal human cells. These human primary cells have high viability and purity. The following types are available: hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD34+ and CD133+ cells), peripheral blood subsets (MNCs, T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, and other subsets), prequalified bone marrow and cord blood (MNCs, CD34+ and CD133+ cells), and mesenchymal cells (minimally culture- expanded). Also available upon request are myoblasts, hepatocytes, and other cell types.
