MiniDiscover and Discover hollow fiber cartridges are used for cell clarification/ cell harvest and protein concentration of small sample volumes (below 200 mL). The new Discover series cross-flow hollow fiber cartridges utilize low-binding, antifouling PES membrane with high permeate flow rates and product yields. Discover and MiniDiscover hollow fiber cartridges are useful for clarification of small volumes of cell culture, fermentation solutions, vaccine suspensions, and concentration/diafiltration of proteins like antibodies and enzymes. These cartridges can replace stirred cells and dialysis bags. Products are available with an extended range of molecular weight cut off limits between 5K
